Our owner is a first-generation small business owner with 6+ years of hands-on experience in traffic safety and work zone support. He built Horizon with a simple mission: keep roadways safe for everyone — crews, drivers, and pedestrians — without slowing down the work.
Our co-owner and project manager brings 9+ years of experience and a strong focus on planning, execution, and communication. As a startup, we move fast, stay accountable, and take pride in being the company that answers the phone, shows up prepared, and gets it done right.
Licensed with the CSLB (LIC #1149675) and ATTSA certified, we’re ready to support contractors, utilities, HOAs, and events.
